Burrows wrote, directed, and starred in Chump Change, an award-winning Miramax comedy featuring an all-star cast including Tim Matheson, Traci Lords, Jerry Stiller, Anne Meara, Fred Willard, Clancy Brown and Abe Vigoda.
Burrows has won over 50 awards for writing and/or directing television commercials on over five continents. He recently created the Glass Nickel Anthology starring Joey Buttafuoco.
